MEXC will be delisting Ampleforth (AMPL) according to the following arrangements:
AMPL deposits have been closed. Please do not make deposits to avoid asset losses;
AMPL will be delisted at 2024-08-29 14:00 (UTC), at which all pending orders will be canceled;
AMPL withdrawals will be closed at 2024-09-05 08:00 (UTC).
Please note:
Please make withdrawals before 2024-09-05 08:00 (UTC) as soon as possible. After the withdrawal is closed, all AMPL assets will be automatically converted into USDT on the same day, and the exchange price will be based on the delisting price of AMPL.
Before the withdrawal is closed, MEXC will suspend withdrawals from approximately 01:30-02:30 (UTC) every day, and the daily rebase ratio will be dynamically adjusted based on the on-chain data.
Rebase is a unique mechanism employed by Ampleforth (AMPL) to dynamically adjust the token supply according to market conditions. AMPL will update the user balances through smart contracts at around 02:00 (UTC) each day. At Rebase Time:
If the AMPL price is 5% above the price target, the token supply will increase and the user balance will increase accordingly.
If the AMPL price is 5% below the price target, the token supply will decrease and the user balance will reduce accordingly.
If the deviation between the AMPL price and the target price is within the [-5%,5%] range, rebase will not be triggered. The token supply and the user balance will remain unchanged.
