For futures, ETF, and margin trading users, please note:

1. During the maintenance, your existing orders will remain unaffected, while operations like placing orders, opening/closing positions, withdrawing orders, transferring assets will be unavailable.
2. Futures maintenance is estimated to finish at 03:00 on January 9 (UTC). If the maintenance ends in advance, the login and order withdrawal function will be enabled shortly afterward. Other services will be resumed successively. We will maintain regular communication on the progress of the maintenance on our various social media channels.
3. Your existing positions will be unaffected during the maintenance and within 15 minutes after the maintenance ends. You can withdraw your futures, ETF, or margin orders 15 minutes after the maintenance ends.

It is recommended that futures, ETF, and margin trading users make appropriate arrangements in advance, such as withdraw orders and close positions prior to the start of system maintenance. The official website and APP will be accessible upon some maintenance ends, which will be announced timely.
