During the upgrade, users may not be able to conduct KYC verification, including uploading or downloading images；
The impact duration is generally less than two minutes. If such issues occur, you may try again after two minutes.
Upgrade Time:
2023-08-12 02:30 - 03:30 (UTC)
Scope of Impact:
During the upgrade, users may not be able to conduct deposits, withdrawals, asset transfers, or internal transfers;
During the upgrade, affiliates may not be able to withdraw their commissions;
During the upgrade, users may not be able to check or customize the average buying price of the spot open positions;
During the upgrade, users may not be able to use openapi to query Broker rebates;
The impact duration is generally less than two minutes. If such issues occur, you may try again after two minutes.

Please rest assured that all users' assets are safe during the upgrade;
Please make financial arrangements in advance to avoid any risks caused by market fluctuations during the upgrade；
The upgrade duration is based on our best estimates and may vary；
If the market fluctuates greatly before the upgrade, the platform will postpone the upgrade based on the market situation and release an announcement to inform users in advance;
All affected services will resume normally after the upgrade completes, which will be announced separately.
