1. Snapshot Period: 2022-07-14 16:00 - 2022-07-18 15:59 (UTC)

• MEXC will record the user’s  MX holdings for 4 days during the snapshot period.
• Users must have a minimum average daily holding of 10 MX during the snapshot period. The max amount of MX you can commit depends on the daily average balance of MX in your Spot Wallet over the 4-day snapshot period.
• Daily average position of MX = Sum of smallest MX positions snapshotted per day/4 days

2. Subscription Period: 2022-07-18 21:00 - 2022-07-19 09:00（UTC) 

• Subscription will open at this time for all eligible users. 
• Users must click on the button to commit a certain amount of MX towards the new project during the subscription period. Each can commit a maximum of 100,000 MX during the subscription period. 
• Please note that once committed, your MX will be locked and you will not be able to redeem or access any other functions such as transfers, withdrawals, or trading until final token distribution.

3. Distribution Time: 2022-07-19 10:30 (UTC)

• The initial rough calculation of each participant’s final token allocation is:
  Individual committed MX/ Total committed MX by all participants) * 3,333,334 SLG
• The amount of MX to be deducted= (participant’s final token allocation *0.03 USDT) / MX average price. 
• The average price of MX will be the average closing price from July 15  to July 18 based on the UTC+8 time zone.

Brief Introduction

The Land of Conquest is a multiplayer online real-time strategy game where playable NFT characters can play to earn tokens or earn income by owning NFT lands.
