With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and brand strategy, Vugar has worked with leading global organizations including Carlsberg, Facebook, Coca-Cola, and Twitter. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University and serves as an advisor to the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on minority issues.
