For many Filipino families, the idea of better living is expanding beyond Metro Manila as lifestyles change and urban challenges grow. Households are now prioritizing green spaces, less congestion, community, and quality of life alongside accessibility and convenience.
Among the country’s fastest-growing economic and residential corridors, Cavite continues to attract major investments and infrastructure projects, strengthening its role as a gateway between Metro Manila and Southern Luzon. In 2025, its ecozones drove P2.73 trillion in investment pledges, according to the Philippine Economic Zone Authority.
Today, modern communities in Cavite are being designed with access to healthcare, retail, recreation, and quality education—all within areas built for long-term growth.
Introducing Riverpark
This larger vision aligns closely with the development philosophy behind Riverpark, the largest township development of GT Capital Holdings, Inc. (GT Capital) wholly owned property subsidiary Federal Land, Inc. and joint venture Federal Land NRE Global, Inc. (FNG).
Riverpark is envisioned as a large-scale masterplanned community designed around growth, movement, accessibility, and modern living. It integrates residential neighborhoods, educational institutions, commercial districts, and lifestyle destinations into a single connected ecosystem.
Accessibility is one of Riverpark’s strongest advantages, particularly as infrastructure developments throughout Cavite continue to improve regional mobility. Future CALAX connections, such as the Open Canal and the Riverpark General Trias Interchanges, are expected to further strengthen access to the community.
Riverpark is also emerging as an important commercial and economic hub in Cavite. Among its key developments is the UNIQLO Logistics Facility, established through a partnership between FNG and Fast Retailing Philippines, reinforcing the estate’s role in logistics, employment, and regional commerce.

The community has likewise attracted major retail investment through the upcoming SM City General Trias in partnership with SM Prime Holdings. These developments contribute to a more integrated urban environment where living, commerce, education, and leisure come together in one growing community.
The future Ateneo in Cavite
This May, Ateneo de Manila University formally received a 15-hectare property donation from GT Capital within Riverpark, marking a major milestone in the university’s continuing efforts to expand access to holistic education in Southern Luzon. To support the campus’ construction, GT Capital also made a P100 million cash donation.
The partnership between GT Capital and Ateneo de Manila reflects a shared vision of creating a vibrant and values-driven community that can serve generations to come. The future campus is envisioned to provide students and families in Cavite and neighboring provinces with greater access to Ateneo’s tradition of academic excellence, leadership formation, and service-oriented education rooted in the university’s Jesuit identity.
“The new Ateneo campus… will provide students with a nurturing environment — an invigorating space to grow in mind, heart, and soul — preparing themselves to dedicate themselves with passion and purpose to be laborers in the Lord’s vineyard,” Ateneo de Manila University President Fr. Roberto C. Yap, SJ, said during the signing of the deed of donation.
The presence of highly regarded educational institutions like Ateneo serves as catalysts for growth in communities like Riverpark as they stimulate residential demand, enhance economic activity, and create environments that support family life across multiple stages. Further details regarding the academic programs, development plans, and timeline for the future campus will be announced in due course.

Japan-inspired living
At the center of Riverpark’s residential vision is Yume at Riverpark by FNG, the joint venture between Federal Land, Inc. and Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Through this partnership, FNG brings together local market expertise and Japanese development principles that emphasize functionality, craftsmanship, intentional design, and long-term liveability.
FNG’s approach centers on creating spaces that evolve alongside residents and support meaningful everyday experiences. Yume at Riverpark is inspired by Japanese planning principles, emphasizing walkability, open spaces, and human-scale design while remaining responsive to the practical needs and lifestyles of Filipino families.
FNG’s dedication to thoughtful and high-quality development has been internationally recognized. In the 2026-2027 Asia-Pacific edition of the International Property Awards, Yume at Riverpark was bestowed five stars for Best Residential Interior Show Home and award winner for Residential Development 20+ Units, boasting the company’s growing reputation for excellence in residential design and execution.
As the South continues to grow, infrastructure, commercial investment, and educational expansion are reshaping Cavite into one of the country’s key long-term growth hubs. Riverpark reflects this momentum as a masterplanned community built with purpose, connectivity, and long-term vision.
