Treno Scope, a leading Web3 market data infrastructure provider in Southeast Asia, has unveiled its Data for All developer empowerment initiative, a program designed to reduce barriers to innovation by making advanced market data tools more accessible. The company announced that the initiative will include the open-sourcing of its high-performance API software development kit and the establishment of an initial $1 million developer grant fund.

The program is intended to address longstanding challenges faced by independent developers and emerging startups across Southeast Asia. According to Treno Scope, many promising blockchain projects struggle to gain traction because access to reliable and high-quality market data remains expensive and limited.

The company stated that its objective is to make institutional-grade data infrastructure available to a broader community of builders, including GameFi developers in Vietnam and decentralized finance innovators in Thailand. By doing so, Treno Scope aims to create a more level playing field for smaller development teams that lack the resources of larger organizations.

Addressing Data Access Challenges

Treno Scope indicated that its research into regional technology communities revealed that many projects fail to progress due to insufficient access to dependable market information. Developers often face a difficult choice between expensive premium data services and free alternatives that may suffer from delays, inaccuracies, or usage limitations.

A company executive explained that numerous GameFi teams had experienced challenges in protecting their in-game economies because they lacked access to accurate real-time blockchain pricing data. The executive further noted that infrastructure should support innovation rather than restrict it and emphasized the goal of making quality data as broadly accessible as essential public utilities.

Open-Sourcing the Treno-Core SDK

A central element of the initiative is the public release of Treno-Core SDK 1.0, the company’s core data access component. The software has been made available through GitHub and is designed to provide developers with efficient access to market data.

Treno Scope has open-sourced its Treno-Core SDK 1.0 and introduced institutional-grade market data tools aimed at improving accessibility for independent Web3 developers.

The SDK utilizes a WebSocket-first architecture that enables real-time data delivery rather than relying on traditional request-and-response polling systems. According to the company, the infrastructure is optimized for Southeast Asian network conditions and is capable of maintaining low-latency performance.

Another key feature is the inclusion of the proprietary T-Verify cleansing engine. Rather than delivering raw market information, the platform provides processed data designed to reduce the impact of wash trading and other distortions. Developers gain access to verified trading volume metrics and authenticated pricing information intended to improve analytical accuracy.

The SDK also supports multiple programming languages, including TypeScript, Python, and Go, allowing compatibility across a wide range of development environments. In addition, Treno Scope has launched a developer portal featuring localized documentation and integration resources for regional users.

$1 Million Grant Fund to Support Builders

Alongside the technology release, Treno Scope announced the creation of the SEA Builder Grant, a funding program backed by an initial allocation of $1 million.

The company has established a $1 million non-dilutive grant fund to financially support developers building Web3 applications using Treno Scope data infrastructure.

The fund is designed to provide direct financial assistance without requiring equity participation. Eligible projects may include localized analytics tools, blockchain security solutions, and GameFi-focused economic dashboards.

Selected teams will receive grants ranging from $10,000 to $20,000 and may also gain access to enterprise-level API services, promotional opportunities, and cybersecurity consulting support from ecosystem partners.

Focus on Vietnam and Thailand

The first phase of the initiative will concentrate on Vietnam and Thailand, two markets that Treno Scope views as strategically important to regional Web3 development.

Vietnam has earned recognition for its strong blockchain engineering community and successful Web3 projects, while Thailand offers a highly active cryptocurrency user base and significant adoption of digital payment technologies. The company believes these markets provide favorable conditions for fostering innovation and testing consumer-oriented blockchain applications.

The program initially targets Vietnam and Thailand, aiming to strengthen regional Web3 innovation through improved access to data infrastructure, funding, and development resources.

Looking ahead, Treno Scope plans to expand its ecosystem further with the introduction of a plugin marketplace scheduled for 2026. The platform is expected to allow developers to commercialize custom analytics modules and contribute to the growth of a broader data-driven creator economy within the Web3 sector.
