HyperCore handles 10,000 TPS, outpacing Solana’s 2,800 TPS, and could close the cumulative transaction gap in about 252 days.

HyperCore is gaining attention in the crypto community as it narrows the gap with Solana in transaction throughput.

HyperCore Is Catching Up to Solana Faster Than Many Expected at Current TPS

The network currently handles 10,000 transactions per second (TPS), while Solana maintains around 2,800 TPS.

At this rate, HyperCore is effectively closing the difference at a net pace of 7,200 TPS. Analysts estimate this translates to roughly 622 million transactions daily.

HyperCore’s Transaction Speed Surpasses Expectations

HyperCore currently processes 10,000 TPS, significantly higher than Solana’s 2,800 TPS. This performance allows it to handle large volumes efficiently.

The network can execute trades almost instantly, making it appealing for high-frequency trading applications. Rapid processing reduces delays and improves user experience.

Daily, HyperCore adds over 600 million transactions, narrowing the current gap with Solana. This demonstrates how speed alone can drive network growth.

Experts note that consistent performance is essential for maintaining this pace. Any disruptions or slowdowns could affect the timeline for catching up.

Estimating the Timeline to Match Solana

If both networks maintain their current rates, HyperCore could reach Solana’s cumulative totals in about 252 days. This estimate assumes uninterrupted performance on both sides.

However, the comparison is not perfectly direct. HyperCore measures cumulative trades, while Solana reports total network transactions. Despite this, the pace indicates HyperCore is advancing quickly.

Maintaining high throughput is crucial for closing the existing 156.8 billion transaction gap. Analysts are monitoring network activity closely to confirm ongoing trends.

Network adoption and usage patterns could also influence how quickly HyperCore approaches Solana. Sustained growth will depend on consistent TPS and platform stability.

Implications of High-Speed Blockchain Networks

High transaction speeds provide practical benefits for users and developers. Faster throughput allows smoother trade execution and reduces delays in financial applications.

HyperCore’s rapid processing may encourage wider adoption by providing reliable performance for decentralized finance operations.

It can support more complex trading activity efficiently. Solana, meanwhile, remains known for its consistent performance and strong ecosystem.

While HyperCore catches up in throughput, Solana’s network and community infrastructure continue to influence adoption.

The race between high-speed networks demonstrates how blockchain technology is evolving. Efficient networks with low latency are becoming critical for digital asset applications.

Tracking TPS and network activity remains essential for understanding blockchain adoption.

HyperCore’s progress against Solana shows how performance can drive competition in the crypto space.

Franklin Templeton CEO Dismisses 50bps Rate Cut Ahead FOMC

The post Franklin Templeton CEO Dismisses 50bps Rate Cut Ahead FOMC appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Franklin Templeton CEO Jenny Johnson has weighed in on whether the Federal Reserve should make a 25 basis points (bps) Fed rate cut or 50 bps cut. This comes ahead of the Fed decision today at today’s FOMC meeting, with the market pricing in a 25 bps cut. Bitcoin and the broader crypto market are currently trading flat ahead of the rate cut decision. Franklin Templeton CEO Weighs In On Potential FOMC Decision In a CNBC interview, Jenny Johnson said that she expects the Fed to make a 25 bps cut today instead of a 50 bps cut. She acknowledged the jobs data, which suggested that the labor market is weakening. However, she noted that this data is backward-looking, indicating that it doesn’t show the current state of the economy. She alluded to the wage growth, which she remarked is an indication of a robust labor market. She added that retail sales are up and that consumers are still spending, despite inflation being sticky at 3%, which makes a case for why the FOMC should opt against a 50-basis-point Fed rate cut. In line with this, the Franklin Templeton CEO said that she would go with a 25 bps rate cut if she were Jerome Powell. She remarked that the Fed still has the October and December FOMC meetings to make further cuts if the incoming data warrants it. Johnson also asserted that the data show a robust economy. However, she noted that there can’t be an argument for no Fed rate cut since Powell already signaled at Jackson Hole that they were likely to lower interest rates at this meeting due to concerns over a weakening labor market. Notably, her comment comes as experts argue for both sides on why the Fed should make a 25 bps cut or…
