Reglas del evento

• The deposit task is only available to MEXC users who have never completed a deposit through any deposit method, regardless of their registration date.

• PNL Rate Leaderboard Rewards: 1st place receives $10,000; 2nd place receives $5,000; 3rd place receives $3,000; places 4–10 share a $1,000 prize pool; and places 11–50 share a $1,000 prize pool. Shared rewards will be distributed proportionally based on the trading volume of eligible users.

• Referral Leaderboard Rewards: Users who meet the valid referral requirements are eligible to share a $2,000 referral prize pool, distributed proportionally based on the number of valid referrals. If a referred friend finishes 1st on the PNL Rate Leaderboard, the referrer will receive an additional $2,000 Talent Scout Bonus.

• The stock with the highest trading volume among platform users during the event period will be selected as the final Stock Card reward, including rewards for the deposit task.

• This service is provided by a licensed securities broker. Users must agree to the broker's Client Agreement and Privacy Policy before using the service.

• Users must click the [Register Now] button on the event page to complete registration and become eligible to participate.

• After registering, users who complete at least $100 in RealStocks spot trading volume are eligible to participate in the PNL Rate Leaderboard.

• The PNL Rate Leaderboard ranks users based on the PNL rate of individual stocks, including historical PNL rates recorded before the event period.

• An individual stock must have accumulated trading volume of at least $100 to qualify for inclusion in the PNL Rate Leaderboard.

• Users may enter their X platform ID on the event page for promotional exposure. The information provided is solely for personal promotion and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by the platform of any content published by users on social media.

• The Referral Leaderboard ranks users based on their number of valid referrals. A valid referral is defined as a referred friend who completes registration, opens a RealStocks account, completes identity verification, and trades at least $100 in any U.S. stock.

• Participants must complete the identity verification required for U.S. stock trading before the event ends to qualify for rewards.

• Market makers, institutional users, and API users are not eligible to participate in this event.

• This service is unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Users from restricted regions or users whose accounts are flagged as abnormal by the platform's risk control system are not eligible to participate. For details regarding restricted regions, please refer to the Client Agreement.

• Rewards will be distributed in the form of Stock Cards within 14 calendar days after the event ends. Stock Card redemption path: RealStocks → Me → My Coupons. Currently, rewards can only be redeemed through the App.

• If a user triggers the platform's risk control rules or is determined to have engaged in abnormal activities, the platform reserves the right to remove the user from the leaderboard and revoke their participation and reward eligibility.

• Leaderboard data is updated hourly. Ranking data will not be available during the first hour after the event begins. Displayed rankings are for reference only. Final rankings will be determined by the data and results recorded by the platform's system at the end of the event.

• All participants must strictly comply with MEXC's Terms of Service.

• Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, self-trading, wash trading, manipulating trading volume through scripts or bots, high-frequency arbitrage, and any other activities deemed abnormal by the platform's risk control system. If any such violations are detected, the platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify users and revoke any rewards.

• This event does not constitute and should not be construed as a recommendation or investment advice to buy or sell any product. All participants are solely responsible for their investment decisions, and MEXC shall not be liable for any losses. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Participants should only invest in products they understand and whose associated risks they can afford to bear. Before making any investment, participants should carefully consider their investment experience, financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance, and consult an independent financial advisor if necessary.

• In the event of market disruptions or regulatory risks, the platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the event at any time without prior notice.
