The New York Times reports the administration has toned down its immigration strategy, withdrawing ICE agents from major cities and firing Kristi Noem from the DHS's leadership position.

Miller temporarily reduced his public appearances. However, sources indicate Miller retains President Donald Trump's confidence despite the strategic shift.
