Binance no longer publishes a single daily withdrawal limit: it depends on your verification level and country and appears on the Identification page, per the FAQ updated 5 June 2026.
The 0.06 BTC and 100 BTC figures still quoted online date from July 2021.
Withdrawal fees are flat per network, and a TxID normally appears within 30 to 60 minutes.
Key Takeaways
Binance's verification FAQ, updated 5 June 2026, says withdrawal limits vary by country and level and appear on the Identification page, with no global figure published.
The 0.06 BTC and 100 BTC daily limits come from a 27 July 2021 announcement with a daily reset, and they were superseded when verification became mandatory in August 2021.
Withdrawal fees are flat per network: 1.5 USDT on Tron (TRC20), 0.3 USDT on Ethereum (ERC20) and 0.01 USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), with minimums of 5, 5 and 3 USDT.
Binance says a TxID normally appears within 30 to 60 minutes, and asks you to contact support with a withdrawal history screenshot if none appears after 6 hours.
Withdrawals lock for 24 to 48 hours after a password or 2FA change and for 24, 48 or 72 hours after whitelist changes, and Binance says the security lock cannot be lifted early.
MEXC publishes 80 BTC (Primary KYC) and 200 BTC (Advanced KYC) daily limits and charges 0.5 USDT on TRC20, while Bitcoin-network and Lightning fees tie on both platforms.
Search for the Binance daily withdrawal limit and the first page still answers 0.06 BTC without verification and 100 BTC with it.
Less than a month later Binance made ID, selfie and face verification mandatory for everyone, and the basic tier those numbers described stopped existing.
What follows is what Binance's current pages say about limits, fees and timing, plus a repeatable way to measure arrival time and a checklist for withdrawals that stall.
Binance's verification FAQ answers the limit question with a pointer rather than a number: check the Identification page for the most updated withdrawal limits, which vary by country.
Account situation | What you can withdraw | Where the limit is shown | Reset |
Verified (global platform) | The daily crypto limit for your country and level | Identification page in-account | Daily reset per Binance's 2021 announcement; the current FAQ states no rule |
Verified Plus | A higher limit where your region or payment channel requires the level | Identification page in-account | Same |
Existing account, never verified | Withdraw Only: withdrawals, order cancellation, position closing and redemptions, within the limit shown | Identification page in-account | Same |
New account, not verified | Nothing, because deposits and trades require Verified status first | Not applicable | Not applicable |
Binance.US, Binance Japan, Binance TH | Limits set by each local entity; Binance.US shows yours on the Profile and Limits page | In-account at the local entity | Set per entity |
Data verified as of 7 September 2026 against Binance's identity verification FAQ (updated 5 June 2026), its announcement of 27 July 2021 and Binance.US support articles.
A separate Binance FAQ lists three cases where the limit shrinks or withdrawals stop even on a verified account: logging in from multiple IP addresses, skipping the face verification step, and submitting incomplete verification information.
In each case the fix is to complete the missing step or contact support inside the app, and the limit returns once the account is back in good standing.
Binance charges no deposit fee and a flat withdrawal fee per network that it says can change without notice as blockchain conditions move.
Asset and network | Withdrawal fee | Minimum withdrawal |
USDT, Tron (TRC20) | 1.5 USDT | 5 USDT |
USDT, Ethereum (ERC20) | 0.3 USDT | 5 USDT |

BTC, Bitcoin network | 0.00002 BTC | 0.0001 BTC |
BTC, Lightning Network | 0.000001 BTC | 0.00002 BTC |

ETH, Arbitrum One | 0.00002 ETH | 0.0003 ETH |
Data verified as of 7 September 2026 against Binance's Deposit/Withdrawal fee page.
The fee matters most at the bottom of the range: on a 5 USDT minimum withdrawal over TRC20, the 1.5 USDT fee is 30% of the amount sent.
Moving 1,000 USDT costs 1.5 USDT on TRC20, 0.3 USDT on ERC20 and 0.01 USDT on BNB Smart Chain, so the network choice changes the cost by a factor of 150 when the receiving wallet supports the cheaper chain.
Binance's FAQ splits a withdrawal into three steps: the request on Binance, confirmation on the blockchain, and the deposit on the receiving platform.
For the first step, Binance says a TxID is typically generated within 30 to 60 minutes, which is the moment the transaction has been broadcast to the network.
A status of Processing means that step is still running; Completed means the funds have left Binance, and the TxID link opens the transaction on a block explorer.
If no TxID has appeared 6 hours after you clicked the confirmation link in the email, Binance asks you to contact support with a screenshot of the withdrawal record.
The second step is set by the network, not by Binance, and congestion can add a significant delay that Binance cannot shorten.
The third step belongs to the receiver, which credits the funds only after its own required confirmations, so the same withdrawal can show Completed on Binance and still be pending at the destination.
Binance also warns that the receiving platform must support both the token and the network you chose, or the assets may be lost and cannot be recovered.
We have not published measured arrival times for Binance, because a single anecdotal transfer proves nothing about the next one.
The protocol below is the one we would use for any figure we publish later, and you can run it on your own account in an afternoon.
Withdraw the same amount, for example 20 USDT, over Tron (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) and Ethereum (ERC20), at the same hour on three consecutive weekdays, to a wallet you control.
Record five timestamps for each run: T0 when the withdrawal is confirmed by email and 2FA, T1 when the TxID appears in Binance's history, T2 at the first on-chain confirmation, T3 when the destination's required confirmations are met, and T4 when the balance is credited.
T1 minus T0 is Binance's share of the wait, and the FAQ expects it to be under an hour; T4 minus T1 belongs to the network and the receiver.
Report the median of the nine runs and the slowest run, with the date, and repeat the test after any network upgrade or fee change.
Most stuck withdrawals fall into one of seven cases, and Binance's own FAQs give the duration and the fix for each.
After you change your password or 2FA, Binance suspends withdrawals for 24 to 48 hours as a security measure, and states that the suspension cannot be lifted before the period ends.
Adding or removing whitelist addresses, or disabling the whitelist, triggers a further suspension of 24, 48 or 72 hours, and the optional Whitelist Withdrawal Limit setting blocks withdrawals to newly added addresses for a period you choose.
If the system detects activity it considers abnormal, the withdrawal function is disabled until you verify your identity through the link shown in the User Center.
A withdrawal that shows Processing for more than an hour with no TxID is usually risk review or network congestion; after 6 hours, open a support ticket with the withdrawal history screenshot.
A TxID that exists while the funds have not arrived means the receiver is still waiting for confirmations, so check the transaction on an explorer and then ask the receiving platform.
Some networks share one deposit address and identify users by a memo or tag, including BNB on BEP2, XEM, XLM, XRP, KAVA, ATOM, BAND and EOS; Binance can recover deposits to Binance with a wrong or missing memo, but for a withdrawal sent to another platform with a wrong address or memo it says it is unable to assist and points you to the receiver.
Sending on a network the receiver does not support is the one error with no fix in most cases, which is why Binance tells users to check the Deposit and Withdrawal Status tool before confirming.
US residents use Binance.US, a separate company, where fiat leaves only by ACH or wire and crypto deposits must be fully confirmed on the network before they can be withdrawn.
In the UK, the FCA's consumer warning states that no Binance Group entity holds UK authorisation or registration.
A suspended withdrawal is the moment scammers approach, usually as a support agent who can lift the lock for a fee or a verification deposit.
Binance's own FAQ removes the premise: security suspensions lift automatically when the period ends and cannot be lifted early by anyone.
Neither Binance nor MEXC will contact you first to request a payment, your password, a 2FA code or a transfer to another address, and both provide an official tool to verify a support contact before you respond.
Lookalike domains with "binance" in the name copy the withdrawal page and collect login details, so type the address yourself and check the padlock and domain before entering anything, as our guide to account security explains.
The second half of this guide sets Binance's withdrawal rules against MEXC, which publishes this article, so read the disclosure at the end alongside the comparison.

Data verified as of 7 September 2026 against Binance's Deposit/Withdrawal page and FAQs, the MEXC fee overview, the MEXC KYC FAQ (2 June 2026) and MEXC's account restrictions guide.
On USDT the gap is widest on Tron: 1.5 USDT on Binance against 0.5 USDT on MEXC, with Ethereum at 0.3 against 0.094 and Solana at 0.3 against 0.18.
Minimums cut the other way in one case, since MEXC's minimum USDT withdrawal over Ethereum is 8 USDT against Binance's 5 USDT.
Several rows tie: BNB Smart Chain costs 0.01 USDT on both, BTC over the Bitcoin network costs 0.00002 BTC on both, and Lightning costs 0.000001 BTC on both.
ETH is the other large gap, at 0.00007 ETH on Binance against 0.000024 ETH on MEXC over Ethereum, and larger still on Base, Arbitrum One and Optimism.
The pain on Binance is that the limit is invisible until you are inside, the most popular stablecoin network costs 1.5 USDT per transfer, and address changes can lock withdrawals for up to three days.
MEXC states its limits in advance, 80 BTC a day at Primary KYC and 200 BTC at Advanced KYC, charges 0.5 USDT on TRC20 and 0.01 USDT on BNB Smart Chain, and applies a 24-hour wait to newly whitelisted addresses.
Now the transfer itself: to move 1,000 USDT from Binance to MEXC, choose BNB Smart Chain if both wallets support it, because the Binance fee is 0.01 USDT and MEXC charges nothing on deposit.
Over Tron the same transfer costs 1.5 USDT out of Binance, and a trader who moves 1,000 USDT ten times a month pays 15 USDT a month, or 180 USDT a year, against 5 USDT a month and 60 USDT a year for the return trip from MEXC.
Timing follows the same three steps described above: Binance's TxID within 30 to 60 minutes, the network's confirmations, and MEXC's own confirmation count before the deposit shows in your spot wallet.
Three limits keep this comparison honest.
First, MEXC is not available in the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, and a reader in those regions cannot use it as the destination.
Second, both platforms require identity verification before a normal withdrawal, and MEXC holds deposits made before KYC until verification is complete.
Third, the fee advantage is network-specific: Bitcoin-network and Lightning withdrawals cost the same on both, and MEXC's Ethereum minimum for USDT is higher.
For a trader who moves stablecoins over Tron or ETH over Ethereum every week, and wants the limit stated before signing up, the difference is measurable every month.
Stay on Binance if you withdraw BTC over the Bitcoin network or Lightning, where fees tie, if you rely on a locally licensed Binance entity, or if your bank's fiat rails only connect to Binance.
Choose MEXC if you move USDT over Tron or Solana, ETH over Ethereum or its Layer 2 networks, or if you want the daily limit published before you open the account.
The quickest check is to compare the fee shown on each platform's withdrawal screen for the exact network you use, because both platforms adjust network fees without notice.
If you are in the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union, neither platform serves you on the terms described here, and the right comparison is among providers licensed in your own jurisdiction.
We publish this guide on MEXC Learn, so we have an interest in how the comparison reads.
Two things we will not claim.
MEXC is not cheaper on every network: BTC over the Bitcoin network and Lightning cost the same on both platforms, BNB Smart Chain costs the same for USDT, and MEXC's Ethereum minimum for USDT is higher than Binance's.
MEXC also has no locally licensed entities in the markets where Binance does, and it is not available in the US, the UK or the EEA.
Where MEXC is ahead, the numbers are plain: a published 80 BTC or 200 BTC daily limit, 0.5 USDT against 1.5 USDT on Tron, and 0.000024 ETH against 0.00007 ETH on Ethereum.
Our MEXC review lists the other trade-offs, including the regions where MEXC is not available.
What is the Binance daily withdrawal limit?
Binance publishes no single figure; its FAQ updated 5 June 2026 says limits vary by country and level and are shown on the Identification page.
The 0.06 BTC and 100 BTC figures date from July 2021.
When does the Binance withdrawal limit reset?
Binance's 27 July 2021 announcement said withdrawal limits refresh daily.
The current FAQ does not state a reset rule, so check the Identification page.
Why can't I withdraw from Binance after changing my password?
Binance suspends withdrawals for 24 to 48 hours after security changes such as a password reset, and says the suspension cannot be lifted early.
Whitelist changes add a further 24, 48 or 72 hours.
How long does a Binance withdrawal take?
Binance says a TxID typically appears within 30 to 60 minutes, after which the time depends on network confirmations and the receiving platform.
Contact support if no TxID appears within 6 hours.
What is the minimum withdrawal on Binance?
It depends on the network: 5 USDT on Tron and Ethereum, 3 USDT on BNB Smart Chain, 0.0001 BTC on the Bitcoin network and 0.002 ETH on Ethereum, as of 7 September 2026.
The withdrawal screen shows the current minimum.
What if I forgot the memo or tag?
For a deposit to Binance, apply through Binance's Tag/Memo Recovery form with the TxID; for a withdrawal to another platform, Binance says it cannot assist and the receiver must recover it.
Always check whether the destination requires a memo before sending.
Can I withdraw from Binance without KYC?
Existing accounts that never verified are set to Withdraw Only, so they can withdraw within the limit shown on the Identification page.
New accounts cannot deposit or trade without Verified status, so there is nothing to withdraw.
How does MEXC compare on withdrawals?
MEXC publishes 80 BTC (Primary KYC) and 200 BTC (Advanced KYC) daily limits and charges 0.5 USDT on Tron against Binance's 1.5 USDT. BTC over the Bitcoin network costs the same on both.
This article is published by MEXC Learn, and MEXC competes with Binance for the same traders.
MEXC is not available to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom and the other jurisdictions listed in its User Agreement, and it has ended services for residents of the European Economic Area; see the MEXC restricted countries list.
Withdrawal limits, fees, minimums and timings were verified against official pages on 7 September 2026 and can change without notice; nothing here is financial advice.
If your withdrawals run over Tron or Ethereum, the fee gap above is the reason to try the return trip.
