Invite & Earn is the activity layer of MEXC's referral system, with a reward pool of up to 100,000 USDT.
The rules aren't complicated. One person can join alone, but the more active your friends are and the more people you invite, the higher the reward tier you unlock.
Base rewards go up to 140 USDT and bonus rewards up to 220 USDT. The two stack, for a maximum of 360 USDT per person.
More than 500,000 people have taken part so far, and over 820,000 USDT in rewards has been distributed.

What Is MEXC Invite & Earn?

The event lives on the MEXC Invite & Earn event page and runs as a permanently open program rather than a short, one-off campaign.
What you need to do is simple: bring new users to MEXC and help them finish their starter tasks.
When a friend completes the tasks, you both get paid at the same time. That gives them their own reason to follow through, and far fewer people abandon the sign-up flow halfway.
A permanent entry point has a second benefit: learn the rules once and you can reuse them, instead of studying a new set every round.

How the Rewards Work: More Friends, More Reward per Friend

The point of this mechanic isn't the absolute size of any single payout.
It's that "invite a few more people" is set directly as the condition for unlocking a higher reward.
Rewards aren't split evenly per head. They jump a tier as your referral count rises.
There's a detail that's easy to miss: the higher the tier, the more each qualified friend is worth to you. Bonus Tier 1 works out to 30 USDT per friend, while Tier 3 works out to 55 USDT per friend. Going from Tier 1 to Tier 3 multiplies the trading volume requirement by 2.5, but multiplies the reward by almost 3.7.
In other words, widening your invite list is more effective than pushing one friend to trade more. That is the core of the whole design.

How Invite & Earn Relates to the Referral Program

These two get mixed up constantly. They are actually two stacked layers: the product layer and the activity layer.
  • The Referral Program is the product layer. Spot and futures trading fees your friend generates within 1,080 days of signing up keep paying you up to 40% commission.
  • Invite & Earn is the activity layer. It uses a fixed, fast-settling payout to raise conversion at the invite stage.
The two don't conflict. They are calculated on top of each other.
Every friend you bring in through the event also enters the MEXC Invite Friends system and earns you up to 40% in trading fee rebates.
The short version: Invite & Earn pays a one-off activity reward, while the Referral Program pays a share of trading fees for nearly three years.

Layer One: Base Rewards, 50 to 140 USDT

Base rewards come in three tiers. The shared prerequisite is a cumulative net deposit of at least 100 USDT from your friend.
What decides the tier is the futures trading volume they complete afterwards.
  • Starter reward, 50 USDT: cumulative net deposit ≥ 100 USDT, futures trading volume ≥ 1,000 USDT.
  • Advanced reward, 90 USDT: cumulative net deposit ≥ 100 USDT, futures trading volume ≥ 10,000 USDT.
  • Premium reward, 140 USDT: cumulative net deposit ≥ 100 USDT, futures trading volume ≥ 20,000 USDT.
The deposit threshold is identical across all three tiers: 100 USDT.
Put another way, the 90 USDT gap between 50 and 140 USDT comes entirely from trading activity.
So instead of scattering your referral code as widely as possible, spend the time on friends who have already signed up and help them actually start trading.

Layer Two: Bonus Rewards, Up to 220 USDT

Bonus rewards stack on top of base rewards. What counts here is your referral count combined with your friends' futures trading volume.
  • Tier 1 reward, 60 USDT: successfully invite 2 friends, with 20,000 USDT in futures trading volume.
  • Tier 2 reward, 120 USDT: successfully invite 3 friends, with 30,000 USDT in futures trading volume.
  • Tier 3 reward, 220 USDT: successfully invite 4 friends, with 50,000 USDT in futures trading volume.
The more of your friends who reach 50,000 USDT in futures trading volume, the more this layer pays out.

Both Layers Combined: Up to 360 USDT per Person

Base rewards and bonus rewards are calculated separately, and you can receive both.
Base rewards top out at 140 USDT and bonus rewards at 220 USDT. Added together, that is the event's 360 USDT ceiling.
The "Earn Up to 5,360 USDT" figure shown on the MEXC Invite Friends homepage includes this 360 USDT from Invite & Earn as one of its three components. The other two are Exclusive Events at 2,500 USDT and Lucky Spins at 2,500 USDT.
Of the three, Invite & Earn has the lowest barrier to entry and is the fastest one to actually collect.

How Rewards Are Paid Out

One thing to clear up first: rewards are not cash credited directly to your account.
  • Base rewards consist of Futures bonuses, fee vouchers, and position airdrops.
  • Bonus rewards consist of Futures bonuses, token airdrops, and position airdrops.
Futures bonuses can be used as margin to open positions, vouchers offset trading fees, and airdrops arrive as either tokens or positions.

How to Take Part

The path is register, share, invite, friend trades, claim. Each step is clear.
  1. Register first. Go to the event page and click Register Now. Only referrals generated after you register will count.
  2. Share your invite. Choose between a referral code, a referral link, or a share poster, depending on the channel you're using.
  3. Your friend signs up through your referral. The moment they finish signing up, their account is automatically linked to yours under the Referral Program.
  4. Help your friend deposit. All three base tiers share the same threshold: a cumulative net deposit of 100 USDT.
  5. Check the trading volume. Your friend's futures trading volume decides which tier you land in.
  6. Claim your reward. Rewards are released once the tasks pass verification, and you can look them up in your reward history.
Pay particular attention to the registration step. Skipping it is the single most common reason referrals don't count toward the current round.

Four Things That Define Invite & Earn

  • The reward pool is a known quantity. Up to 100,000 USDT, and you can estimate in advance roughly what one friend is worth.
  • The rules are predictable. Rewards are tied directly to your friend's net deposit and futures trading volume. This is not a lottery.
  • The barrier to entry is low. Register and you immediately receive your own referral code, referral link, and share poster.
  • It runs long-term. The event stays open, with each round lasting 10 days.

What to Check Before You Join

  • Rewards from concurrent referral events cannot be combined. If you qualify for several at once, generally only one is paid.
  • Sub-accounts cannot participate independently, and their data is not rolled into the main account.
  • Agent accounts and restricted accounts are usually outside the scope of the event.
  • Self-referral across multiple accounts, use of bots or automation tools, and duplicate registrations all count as violations, and rewards will be cancelled.
  • Valid deposits include on-chain deposits, fiat deposits, card purchases, P2P, and third-party payments. Internal transfers do not count.
  • Eligibility is verified automatically by the system, and rewards are released after review.
Every round publishes its own full rule set separately. The details in that document take precedence.
