Analyst reacts to Trump's odd behavior during small business event in the White House

President Donald Trump appeared to doze off while standing during a small business event in the White House East Room this week, accompanied by Small Business Administration Secretary Kelly Loeffler.

Political analyst David Pakman reacted to the event on his YouTube channel, noting Trump seemed to nod off while Loeffler spoke, only to later make a confusing statement, saying he could "end employment with the swipe of a pen," apparently meaning unemployment.

Pakman characterized Trump's speech as "not remotely coherent" and expressed concern about his well-being.

Trump's health has raised questions during his second term, with observers noting instances of him sleeping in meetings, significant ankle swelling, and frequent bruising on his hands. Some psychologists have speculated that Trump may exhibit symptoms of frontotemporal lobe dementia, while others suggest possible heart failure indicators.

"This man is not well," Pakman concluded.
