Dr. Joscelyn Ramos Campbell, an award-winning national spokesperson, multimedia marketing strategist, and bilingual disability advocate, was honored as a 2026 Woman of Impact (Kingdom Woman) recipient at the annual Mood-Setter Social held in Groveland, Florida. The event, hosted by Pastor Jodie McCoy, founder of Mood-Setter Conference and Events and first lady of Hope International Church, brought together women from Lake County and Central Florida for brunch, fellowship, encouragement, and recognition.

The 2026 event featured an inspirational guest speaker, Pastor Alexis Stephens Ministries, Inc., and a fashion show coordinated by fashion stylist Barbara Davis-Hudson. Dr. Ramos Campbell noted that the McCoys chose to care for others despite their own accomplishments, creating a generational legacy of service.

Through Hope Torchlighters and the new Hope Wellness Center, Dr. Ramos Campbell continues to expand advocacy and support for special needs and neurodiverse families. Programs include Buddy Break Respite Care, Beacon of Hope Support Group, VIP Sunday, therapy-based family events, job training, life skills development, Special Olympics partnerships, bilingual parent education, and VIP Mom and Dad gatherings.

‘This recognition is not just about an award,’ Dr. Ramos Campbell said. ‘It is about legacy, faith, community, and the continued call to serve. Ministry does not end inside the church walls. It continues in neighborhoods, homes, schools, and families — especially with those who need care, advocacy, and belonging.’

The event also underscored the importance of community support for caregivers. Dr. Ramos Campbell was accompanied by fellow VIP mothers and advocates: Luzel Garcia, founder of The Dream Academy; Tania Santos, leader with WeSpeak Parent Support Group; and Barrie Martinez, advocate and owner of Amber Treasures at Universal Studios Orlando.
