Solana in Focus as Crypto VC Funding Hits $176M This Week, Part of Over $25B Raised This Year

Industry data show venture capital inflows into crypto reached $176 million this week, keeping year-to-date fundraising for cryptocurrency startups above $25 billion. The round featured heavyweights such as Pantera Capital, Coinbase Ventures, and DCG, reflecting enduring institutional interest despite a roughly $1 trillion drawdown in market capitalization since October.

LI.FI closed a $29 million round led by Multicoin and CoinFund to bolster cross-chain connectivity. Management says the fresh capital will support expansion into perpetual futures, yield strategies, prediction markets, and lending, while accelerating hiring to scale operations.

Real Finance secured $29 million to build the RWA infrastructure layer, with Nimbus Capital committing $25 million and participation from Magnus Capital and Frekaz Group. The funding aims to tokenize real-world assets and integrate them with crypto rails.

TenX Protocols raised $22 million to advance institutional-grade staking, validator operations, and DAT strategies, supporting high-performance layers such as Solana, Sui, and Sei.
