4chan Trader Predicts Bitcoin $250K After Calling October Peak

3 min read
  • 4chan user SBC7H7La forecasts Bitcoin at $250,000 and Ethereum at $20,000 for 2026.
  • An anonymous trader correctly predicted Bitcoin’s $126,198 all-time high in October.
  • Solana’s $1,500 case hinges on Real World Assets, DePIN, and AI growth.

An anonymous 4chan user who accurately called Bitcoin’s all-time high in October 2025 has posted new price targets for major cryptocurrencies in 2026. The trader, identified by tripcode SBC7H7La, published predictions on December 20 that align closely with established institutional analyst forecasts.

The user forecasts Bitcoin reaching $250,000, Ethereum hitting $20,000, and Solana climbing to $1,500 during 2026. The predictions gained attention because SBC7HL previously posted on October 6, 2025, that Bitcoin would peak at $126,198 before crashing. Bitcoin reached that exact price level and subsequently declined to current levels amid a Christmas period uptick.

Predictions Match Institutional Analyst Targets

The December 20 forecast closely mirrors price targets from recognized financial analysts rather than typical speculative 4chan posts. Tom Lee, Head of Research at Fundstrat Global Advisors, has publicly projected Ethereum reaching $20,000 by 2026 under conditions where tokenization of real-world assets gains traction. This would require market capitalization near $2.5 trillion, demanding institutional inflows from major financial institutions, including BlackRock, UBS, JPMorgan, and Citi.

The Solana target of $1,500 lacks specific mainstream analyst endorsements but falls within scenarios where decentralized physical infrastructure networks, real-world assets, and AI migration to the chain drive adoption. The anonymous poster also mentioned a $10 target for BULLISH and tied predictions to developments like Visa’s USDC settlement integration on Solana for U.S. banks.

4chan has a Mixed Track Record

4chan has a mixed track record with cryptocurrency predictions marked by survivorship bias. A 2012 post accurately predicted Bitcoin price levels through 2024, including October 2019 at $10,400, February 2021 at $40,170, and September 2024 at $105,400. Yet for every accurate prediction, dozens of failed calls exist on anonymous boards where most posts disappear permanently.

The current predictions gain credibility from their alignment with institutional analyst views rather than from the anonymous source alone. Whether Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana reach these targets will depend on continued institutional capital inflows, regulatory clarity, and adoption of blockchain infrastructure for financial services.

Headwind Helps Best Wallet Token

The post Headwind Helps Best Wallet Token appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Google has announced the launch of a new open-source protocol called Agent Payments Protocol (AP2) in partnership with Coinbase, the Ethereum Foundation, and 60 other organizations. This allows AI agents to make payments on behalf of users using various methods such as real-time bank transfers, credit and debit cards, and, most importantly, stablecoins. Let’s explore in detail what this could mean for the broader cryptocurrency markets, and also highlight a presale crypto (Best Wallet Token) that could explode as a result of this development. Google’s Push for Stablecoins Agent Payments Protocol (AP2) uses digital contracts known as ‘Intent Mandates’ and ‘Verifiable Credentials’ to ensure that AI agents undertake only those payments authorized by the user. Mandates, by the way, are cryptographically signed, tamper-proof digital contracts that act as verifiable proof of a user’s instruction. For example, let’s say you instruct an AI agent to never spend more than $200 in a single transaction. This instruction is written into an Intent Mandate, which serves as a digital contract. Now, whenever the AI agent tries to make a payment, it must present this mandate as proof of authorization, which will then be verified via the AP2 protocol. Alongside this, Google has also launched the A2A x402 extension to accelerate support for the Web3 ecosystem. This production-ready solution enables agent-based crypto payments and will help reshape the growth of cryptocurrency integration within the AP2 protocol. Google’s inclusion of stablecoins in AP2 is a massive vote of confidence in dollar-pegged cryptocurrencies and a huge step toward making them a mainstream payment option. This widens stablecoin usage beyond trading and speculation, positioning them at the center of the consumption economy. The recent enactment of the GENIUS Act in the U.S. gives stablecoins more structure and legal support. Imagine paying for things like data crawls, per-task…
