Digitap ($TAP) is Up 263% and Outclassing $120 SOL: Why Crypto Presales Are Winning in January

5 min read

Digitap ($TAP) has climbed roughly 263% from its early pricing stages, drawing attention as SOL trades near $120 and struggles to show the same momentum. This contrast is changing how investors perceive the market.

Instead of chasing major tokens, smart money is increasingly moving into early-stage altcoins to buy at discounted prices and with higher growth potential. Thus far, January has shown a clear pattern: the crypto presale sector is outperforming established coins.

For traders searching for the best crypto to buy now, utility-focused crypto presales are coming into focus, with Digitap highlighted as a standout project.

Solana’s Mature Price Action Highlights Growth Limits

Solana remains one of the most used networks, known for being the fastest and most efficient blockchain, as gauged by real-time traffic. But aside from its impressive technical specifications, its size also limits rapid upside. At around $120, SOL reflects a mature ecosystem with broad ownership and steady, but slower, growth.

Moreover, the token is down 46% this year alone. Large-cap assets often move in smaller percentage ranges because much of their expansion has already happened. For many investors, holding SOL is about stability rather than fast gains. When the market enters quieter phases, large coins tend to trade sideways while traders wait for new catalysts.

SOL holders can stake and earn ~6% APY as they wait for yearly appreciation. But many investors are seeking higher growth multipliers, even in defensive markets. This creates an opening for smaller projects with lower starting valuations and structured price increases that remain unaffected by market turbulence.

This is why we have seen such a pivot this January as whales migrate from mature assets to newer ecosystems. Investors watching altcoins to buy are increasingly choosing early-stage platforms that offer room to grow rather than established coins with limited upside. This dynamic helps explain why newer projects are outpacing Solana during January’s market rotation.

$TAP: Best Altcoin To Buy In Crypto Presale Market?

Digitap is benefiting from the January rotation. As the world’s first live omni-bank, it offers services including deposits, withdrawals, swaps, payments, and transfers. Unlike many projects that rely on hype, Digitap offers real services, including payments, account tools, and crypto-fiat integration.

The reason Digitap can be described as one of the best altcoins to buy is largely because it has already delivered a working product on iOS and Android — something the vast majority of crypto presales cannot claim. It means that investors can test the product before deciding to allocate any capital. Product delivery risk is basically zero.

Tiered presale price increases are another strong investment incentive. At $0.0454, $TAP is 67% discounted from its projected exchange listing price of $0.14. Currently in Round 3, the price will increase slightly at each round. This steady, structured, predictable price rise offers psychological reassurance to investors, especially while the wider crypto market exhibits extreme volatility.

Moreover, 50% of platform profits are redistributed to users in the form of 124% staking APY, rewards, and token burns. This helps with long-term price stability — when tokens are taken out of circulation, it enhances the value of remaining tokens. Visa-linked card payments allow users to make immediate payments with instant cashback deposited into accounts.

Why Crypto Presales Are Leading January Performance

January often sets the tone for early-cycle positioning. This year, the trend is clear. Presales are attracting more capital as investors look for fresh opportunities with lower entry prices, given wider economic turmoil. New projects offer discounted prices, and they can even work alongside established networks such as Solana.

Digitap, for instance, has already integrated Solana into its architecture, due to its technical quality and community input. Because $TAP is seeking to compete with international banking providers such as Wise and Revolut, it needs an underlying blockchain capable of serving a large, international client base. Solana is the perfect blockchain in this regard.

This is one advantage held by crypto presales — they can integrate and use code and APIs developed by mature assets, while still retaining the low price tag associated with early-stage ecosystems. The price can also be set to increase at set intervals, disconnected from market volatility, protecting an interesting mechanism of portfolio protection.

The project can also decide to launch on an exchange when conditions are favorable, securing maximum upside for the native coin.

Why Digitap Is Leading The Crypto Presale Wave

Digitap’s 263% rise shows how early-stage banking platforms can outperform mature assets. Its combination of payments, account services, and user-friendly design makes it practical for everyday use, not just speculation.

No other altcoin offers a functioning omni-bank app while still in the crypto presale stage — an extremely promising sign for investors. $TAP also offers Visa-linked cards, early pricing, flexible KYC, and Solana deposits, making it one of the best cryptos to buy this month.
