The Best New TV Shows Streaming In March 2026 On Netflix, Prime Video And More

If you’re looking for something new to binge, March has plenty of options for everyone. Dozens of new and returning TV shows are arriving on streaming services this month, including psychological thrillers, comedies, dramas and even two Yellowstone spinoffs.

Kicking off the month is the premiere of Yellowstone’s new spinoff, Marshals (previously called Y: Marshals). The series follows Kayce Dutton, John Dutton’s son, as he joins an elite U.S. Marshals unit. Gil Birmingham (Thomas Rainwater), Mo Brings Plenty (Mo), and Brecken Merrill (Tate) are also reprising their roles. The series is available on CBS and Paramount+.

Prime Video also has some big releases to look forward to. One highlight is Scarpetta, a detective drama starring Nicole Kidman and based on Patricia Cornwell’s bestselling novels. Season 4 of Invincible, the popular adult superhero animated series, is also releasing new episodes after consistently performing well since its 2021 debut.

Other returning shows this month include the seventh season of Virgin River on Netflix, the second season of Ted on Peacock, and new episodes of Daredevil: Born Again and Jury Duty.

Per the official logline, Kayce will be “combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana, where he and his teammates must balance family, duty and the high psychological cost that comes with serving as the last line of defense in the region’s war on violence.”

Ted (Season 2)

Synopsis: Seth MacFarlane’s Boston-accented bear returns in Season 2 of Ted on Peacock. The prequel series follows 16-year-old John Bennett and his teddy bear, Ted. Season 2 picks up in 1994 during John’s senior year of high school. ”Ted is still by his side, for better or worse. Together they live in a working-class Boston home with John’s parents (Matty and Susan) and cousin (Blaire),” according to Peacock.

Outlander (Season 8)

Synopsis: The eighth and final season of the long-running Starz drama will bring Jamie and Claire’s story to a close over 10 episodes. According to Starz, fans “can anticipate tender romance and the edge-of-your-seat drama Outlander fans have come to cherish over the past eight seasons, as the celebrated and genre-defining series approaches its epic conclusion.”

Rooster (Season 1)

Premiere date: March 8, 2026

Synopsis: Starring Steve Carell, HBO Max’s upcoming original comedy Rooster premieres on March 8. The comedy is “set on a college campus centering on an author’s (Carell) complicated relationship with his daughter (Charly Clive),” the logline reads. The series also starts Danielle Deadwyler, Phil Dunster, John C. McGinley and Lauren Tsai.

Scarpetta (Season 1)

Synopsis: Marshals is not the only Yellowstone spinoff premiering in March. Paramount+ is also debuting The Madison, starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell. “The series is a heartfelt study of grief and human connection following a New York City family in the Madison River valley of central Montana,” the official logline reads. It is not yet known exactly how/if the family is connected to Yellowstone’s John Dutton and his family.

Invincible (Season 4)

Synopsis: Fans of Amazon Prime’s critically acclaimed adult superhero series Invincible will also get new episodes in March. Amazon teased that the next chapter will raise the stakes with even more dangerous villains. Mark Grayson, aka Invincible, will face off against threats like Thragg (Lee Pace), Dinosaurus (Matthew Rhys), and Universa (Danai Gurira) in Season 2.

Imperfect Women (Season 1)

Daredevil: Born Again (Season 2)

Synopsis: The second season of Marvel’s Daredevil: Born Again, a reboot of the Netflix series, is also premiering this month. The first season saw the return of many original cast members, including Vincent D’Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, Jon Bernthal and Charlie Cox.
