Spanish, Portuguese flavors at Solaire

SOLAIRE RESORT Entertainment City is bringing the flavors of Spain and Portugal to Waterside this July through its Eat Around the World culinary series, showcasing traditional Iberian dishes inspired by the region’s coastal heritage. The limited-time menu features specialties such as Pulpo a la Gallega, Piri-Piri Chicken, Leitão no Forno, Cataplana seafood stew, Paella de Chuletón, and Portugal’s tomato-rich Arroz de Mariscos, alongside classic desserts including Crema Catalana and Pastel de Nata. Guests can also customize their meals with Spanish- or Portuguese-style rice preparations and participate in Waterside’s passport-style dining program, which rewards visits to each monthly destination. The Iberian showcase runs throughout July and is complemented by live FIFA World Cup screenings, offering diners a blend of international cuisine and sports entertainment.


The Whisky Bar opens at Araneta City

THE WHISKY BAR has opened inside World Kitchens at Gateway Mall 2 in Araneta City. Designed for both seasoned enthusiasts and casual drinkers, the venue highlights its signature highball menu, featuring Charles & James Whisky paired with flavor-forward mixers that create light, refreshing drinks tailored to the Filipino palate. Guests can also explore an extensive selection of premium whiskies from brands such as Tamnavulin, Jura, and The Dalmore, alongside classic cocktails including Mojitos, Negronis, and Sangrias.


NWR holds World Chocolate Day celebration

NEWPORT WORLD RESORTS (NWR) celebrates World Chocolate Day this July with a range of chocolate-themed creations across its hotels and dining destinations.
