Issuance Mechanism

Locking Mechanism and Unlocking Time

The locking mechanism is central to the ecosystem's "minting" and "splitting" features, designed to incentivize long-term holding and network stability.

• Freezing Technology: Users "freeze" ULTIMA tokens in their SMART Wallet or Ultima Farm to participate in the minting process. This action secures the network and generates rewards via smart contracts.
• Farming Units: These units operate over a three-year period. During this time, the frozen tokens generate rewards that are distributed according to the 60/40 split mentioned above.
• Operating Term: Smart contracts for minting typically allow for a period of one year of uninterrupted reward generation during the entire operating term.
