After engaging students at MSU–Tawi-Tawi, the Legal Network for Truthful Elections (LENTE), in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Bangsamoro Women Commission (BWC), conducted a voter education session in the community of Barangay Pag-asa, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi.
Ms. Louwallien Donnah Velez, Senior Administrative Officer of LENTE, facilitated discussions on the BARMM parliamentary system, the upcoming elections, and key electoral issues, including vote-buying, abuse of state resources, and disinformation.
LENTE extends its sincere thanks to BWC for its partnership and support in organizing the activity.
This is part of LENTE’s ongoing voter education rollout across the Bangsamoro region this April, ahead of the 2026 BARMM Parliamentary Elections.
