The SEC has sent a letter to the American Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTC) stating that it will not take action. On-chain markets will bring investors greater predictability, transparency, and efficiency. Now, DTC participants can directly transfer tokenized securities to the registered wallets of other participants, and these transactions will be recorded and tracked by the DTC.
