<p>본 MEXC 거래자 계약 및 지침 (“계약) 은 귀하(“귀하”, “귀하의” 또는 “사용자”)와 MEXC (“우리”, “우리의”, “우리에게” 또는 “MEXC”)간의 계약입니다. <a href="https://Mexc.com">Mexc.com</a>또는 당사의 관련 웹사이트, 애플리케이션 프로그래밍 인터페이스 또는 모바일 애플리케이션(총칭하여 &#34;플랫폼&#34;)을 통한 카피 트레이딩 서비스(&#34;서비스&#34;) 사용에 적용되는 이용 약관을 명시합니다. 카피 트레이딩 서비스는 사용자(이하 &#34;팔로워&#34;)가 다른 사용자(이하 &#34;거래자&#34;)의 거래를 카피할 수 있는 서비스입니다. 본 계약의 이용 약관은 사용자 계약 및 개인 정보 보호 정책과 함께 읽어야 합니다. 이 계약의 조건이 사용자 계약, 개인 정보 보호 정책 또는 MEXC가 수시로 발행할 수 있는 MEXC의 카피 트레이딩 서비스와 관련된 기타 계약 또는 간행물의 조건과 다른 경우, 이 계약의 조건이 우선합니다. 카피 트레이딩 서비스를 사용하기 전에 이 계약, 사용자 계약 및 개인 정보 보호 정책의 조항을 주의 깊게 읽고 이해해야 합니다. 서비스를 사용함으로써 귀하는 본 계약의 조건과 사용자 계약 및 개인정보 보호정책에 명시된 조건(때때로 당사에서 게시할 수 있는 수정 포함)에 법적 구속력이 있음을 인정하고 이에 동의합니다.</p> <p> <br /></p> <p><strong>1.트레이더 자격</strong></p> <p>1.1 귀하는 성숙하고 전문적인 거래 전략을 가지고 있어야 합니다.</p> <p>1.2 귀하는 훌륭한 거래 기록을 가지고 있어야 합니다.</p> <p>1.3 귀하는 엄격한 거래 위험 관리를 해야 합니다.</p> <p>1.4 귀하는MEXC의 사명, 비전, 가치를 잘 알고 계셔야 합니다.</p> <p>1.5 귀하는 MEXC의 브랜드 가치를 잘 알고 있어야 합니다.</p> <p>1.6 귀하는 MEXC 제품 성능에 익숙해야 합니다.</p> <p>1.7 귀하는 MEXC와 함께 성장할 의향이 있어야 합니다.</p> <p> <br /></p> <p><strong>2. 트레이더 지원 요건</strong></p> <p>2.1 귀하는 어떤 트레이더도 팔로우하지 않습니다.</p> <p><span style="font-family:&#39;-apple-system&#39; , &#39;blinkmacsystemfont&#39; , &#39;segoe ui&#39; , &#39;roboto&#39; , &#39;helvetica neue&#39; , &#39;arial&#39; , &#39;noto sans&#39; , sans-serif , &#39;apple color emoji&#39; , &#39;segoe ui emoji&#39; , &#39;segoe ui symbol&#39; , &#39;noto color emoji&#39;">2.2 귀하는 서비스에 대해 하나의 선물 계정만 등록할 수 있습니다.</span><br /></p> <p>2.3 MEXC가 필요하다고 판단하는 경우 기타 요구 사항을 신청 절차 또는 본 계약에 추가할 수 있습니다. 모든 신청 승인은 MEXC의 단독 재량에 따릅니다.</p> <p> <br /></p> <p><strong>3. 트레이더</strong> <strong>진술</strong> <strong>및</strong> <strong>보증</strong></p> <p>3.1 트레이더가MEXC에 제공한 모든 진술 및 보증은 사실이고 정확하며 완전하며 위조, 은폐, 주요 누락 및 오해의 소지가 있는 정보가 없습니다.</p> <p>3.2 트레이더가 MEXC에 제출한 모든 문서나 자료는 트레이더의 법적 지위, 개인 정보, 재무 및 운영 조건(있을 시에 해당)을 어떠한 위조/변조, 은폐, 주요 누락 또는 오해의 소지가 있는 정보가 없어야 하며, 진실하고 완전한 방식을 포함하여 반영하지만 이에 국한되지는 않습니다.</p> <p>3.3 트레이더가 민권 및 민사 행위에 대한 완전한 역할을 가지고 있으며, 독립적으로 민사 책임을 지고 본 계약을 이행할 수 있습니다. 트레이더는 구속력이 있는 법률, 규정 또는 규제 조항을 위반하지 않으며, 트레이더를 구속하거나 영향을 미치는 어떤 결정, 명령, 계약 또는 약속을 위반하지 않습니다.</p> <p>3.4 트레이더는 다음을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 특정 데이터를 대중에게 공개하는 데 동의합니다.</p> <p>3.4.1 트레이더가 합의한 시간: 등록한 시점부터 현재까지</p> <p>3.4.2 지난 3주 동안의 ROI: 지난 3주 동안의 수익/지난 3주 동안 단일 포지션의 최대 원금;</p> <p>3.4.3 지난 최근 3주간의 승률: 최근 3주간의 플러스 수익 주문 건수/최근 3주간의 총 주문 건수</p> <p>3.4.4 지난 3주 동안의 수익(USDT): 지난 3주 동안 마감된 주문의 총 수입;</p> <p>3.4.5 누적 수익률: 총 수익률/사상 최대 개시 원금</p> <p>3.4.6 누적 거래 수: 기록에 있는 모든 마감된 주문의 수</p> <p>3.4.7 누적 팔로워 수: 역사상 트레이더를 팔로우한 사람들의 수. 팔로워가 카피 트레이딩을 계속 취소하는 경우 팔로워는 1명으로 계산됩니다; 및</p> <p>3.4.8 현재 팔로워 수: 현재 트레이더를 팔로우하고 있는 사용자 수.</p> <p>3.5 트레이더는 모든 관련 법률, MEXC에 의해 제정 및 수정된 플랫폼의 관리 및 사용에 대한 규칙을 준수하며, MEXC의 평판 또는 기타 합법적 수익을 침해하거나, 해칠 가능성이 있는 어떤 행위나 사업에도 관여하거나, 참여하지 않을 것을 보증합니다.</p> <p> <br /></p> <p><strong>4. 트레이더</strong> <strong>행동</strong> <strong>규범</strong></p> <p>4.1 트레이더는 MEXC의 명예를 훼손하거나 비방할 수 있는 어떠한 나쁜 의견도 게시하지 않습니다.</p> <p>4.2 트레이더는 팔로워가 주문을 카피하도록 유인하기 위해 팔로워에게 수익을 약속하지 않습니다</p> <p>4.3 트레이더는 팔로워의 수익 창출을 위해 최선을 다해야 하며, 팔로워의 위험을 신속하게 고려하여야 하며, 고수익 및 고수익 추구를 위한 매매를 금지합니다</p> <p>4.4 트레이더는 팔로워에게 통제할 수 없는 위험을 초래할 수 있는 고위험 및 고수익 거래 전략을 사용해서는 안 됩니다.</p> <p>4.5 팔로워의 수익을 보호하기 위해, 트레이더는 닉네임 및 개인 프로필과 같은 정보 표시 장소에 소셜 계정 또는 연락처 정보를 표시, 공개 또는 암시할 수 없습니다.</p> <p>4.6 트레이더는 팔로워 또는 자본의 수를 늘리는 악의적인 워시 거래를 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 악의적인 작업을 수행해서는 안 됩니다. 그렇지 않으면 MEXC는 트레이더의 계정을 영구적으로 동결할 재량권을 갖습니다.</p> <p>4.7 트레이더에 의해 심각한 결과가 발생하는 경우 MEXC는 거래자의 자격을 박탈하고 트레이다의 계정을 동결하는 등 트레이더의 거래를 간섭할 수 있는 재량권을 갖습니다.</p> <p>4.8 트레이더는 팔로워가 좋은 팔로워 관계를 유지하기 위해 적시에 거래 행동과 전략을 이해할 수 있도록 거래 상태가 제 시간에 업데이트되도록 해야 합니다.</p> <p>4.9 플랫폼에 대한 트레이더의 거래 전략 설명은 팔로워가 이 설명을 기반으로 투자를 따를 수 있도록 정확해야 합니다. 트레이더의 거래 행동은 전략 설명과 일치해야 합니다. 트레이더의 실제 거래 방법이 전략 설명과 다른 경우 이 거래 전략의 채택을 승인하지 않습니다. 거래 행위가 심각한 결과를 초래하는 경우 당사는 트레이더 거래 계정 비활성화 또는 카피 트레이딩 팔로워 제거와 같은 거래를 간섭하는 관련 조치를 취할 것입니다.</p> <p> <br /></p> <p><strong>5. 면책 및 방어</strong></p> <p>MEXC가 본 계약과 관련하여 제3자의 청구 대상인 경우 트레이더는 MEXC가 이러한 청구에 대해 방어하도록 지원해야 합니다. 트레이더는 본 계약과 관련하여 발생하는 모든 분쟁에 대해 MEXC를 면책하고 무해하게 해야 합니다. 트레이더는 이 계약과 관련하여 분쟁으로 인해 발생하는 모든 책임, 손실 및 배상을 부담합니다.</p> <p> <br /></p> <p><strong>6. 계약위반에</strong> <strong>대한</strong> <strong>책임</strong></p> <p>트레이더는 본 계약의 조건에 따라 엄격하게 본 계약을 이행해야 합니다.  계약을 위반하는 경우 MEXC는 다음 구제책 중 일부 또는 전부를 선택할 수 있습니다. </p> <p>6.1 플랫폼의 현물 계정, 피아트 계정, 마진 계정 및 선물 계정을 포함할 수 있는 트레이더의 거래 계정을 동결; 및/또는</p> <p>6.2 계약 위반으로 인해 MEXC에 발생한 모든 손실 및 손해 복구</p> <p> <br /></p> <p><strong>7. 기타</strong></p> <p>7.1 본 계약의 일부가 관할 법원에 의해 무효, 불법 또는 집행 불가능한 것으로 선언된 경우에도 나머지 조항은 계속해서 완전한 효력을 발휘합니다.</p> <p>7.2 본 계약은 영어로 작성되었습니다. 본 계약의 다른 언어로 된 번역이 가능하더라도 그러한 번역은 최신 상태가 아니거나 완전하지 않을 수 있습니다. 따라서 귀하는 본 계약의 영어 버전과 기타 번역본 간에 충돌이 발생할 경우 본 계약의 영어 버전이 우선한다는 데 동의합니다.</p> <p> <br /></p> <p><strong>저작권 © MEXC. 판권 소유.</strong></p>
