MONTERREY: Morocco defeated the Netherlands in a penalty shoot-out on Monday to reach the last 16 of the World Cup.
Ismael Saibari converted the winning spotkick to seal a 3-2 victory in the shoot-out after the match had finished 1-1 at the end of extra-time.
Morocco will play Canada in the last 16.
