<p class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify"><span style="font-weight: 400;">本合約交易交易手續費抵扣卡券（下稱“卡券”）使用規則（下稱“本規則”）自頒布之日起生效，直至MEXC修改、中止、或廢除本協議為止。</span></p> <p class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify"> </p> <p class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify"><span style="font-weight: 400;">本規則作為MEXC用戶協議的一部分，需與MEXC用戶協議、隱私政策、或其他法律文書/聲明一併閱讀、解釋。 MEXC可能視情況對本規則以及其他MEXC頒布的法律文件進行修訂、更新，據此，MEXC建議您經常性的閱讀本規則與其他上述文件。</span></p> <p class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify"> </p> <p class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify"><span style="font-weight: 400;">請您仔細閱讀以下條款，因為本規則所列事項將影響您的切身權益。使用本規則規定的卡券時，我們將視為您同意並遵守本協議所列全部規定。</span></p> <ol class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify"> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">本規則所列卡券是指對您在使用合約交易功能時所產生的手續費進行一定抵扣的權益憑證，卡券將被發送至您的合約交易賬戶中的“卡券中心”。卡券激活成功後，您將獲得針對適用本規則的合約交易產品手續費抵扣的權益（下稱“權益”）。以上所述的適用本規則的合約交易產品包括使用USDT交易、結算的合約交易產品（下稱“適用產品”）。每張卡券將有相應的面值、以及特定的到期日期。卡券將發放至您實名認證的賬戶中，您不得將其兌換成為任何法幣、或數字資產。</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">本規則所列卡券適用於您在交易適用產品時的開倉/平倉，無最低交易金額限制。</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"> <span style="font-weight: 400;">卡券適用的權益可通過手動（通過點擊卡券上所列的“Use”按鈕）的方式發放至您的賬戶中。</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">成功激活卡券權益後，您可以前往合约交易进行开/平仓。</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">如果您在交易適用產品時遇到平台維護、維修、升級、或任何不可抗力因素（具體詳見MEXC用戶協議等MEXC法律文書），您的卡券抵扣權益將會被中止，直至MEXC恢復對卡券或交易相關服務的控制，或直至相關服務恢復。您可以進入您的賬戶交易明細中查看您賬戶中卡券權益的抵扣記錄。</span> </li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">您賬戶中卡券所顯示的面即是您可獲得的最大權益。每次交易時，卡券權益將會根據交易費用實時抵扣，直至卡券權益減少至0，亦或卡券活動或權益到期。</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">如果您激活了超過一張卡券，系統會自動根據卡券到期日期扣除相應卡券的抵扣權益，靠近到期日期的卡券權益將會被優先扣除。</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">每張卡券都有特定的到期日期（下稱“到期日期”），我們建議您在卡券到期日期前使用完卡券相應的權益。在激活卡券後，您可以在卡券上看見該張卡券的到期日期。到期日期後，所有卡券相關權益皆將終止，如您有未使用完的權益，其也將一併終止。</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">MEXC對所有發放的卡券都有統一的活動截止日期（下稱“截止日期”），在截止日期後，所有卡券與相關權益都將失效，無論您是否已激活卡券。關於活動截止日期的信息會體現在卡券相關信息中，亦或會在您收到卡券時告知您。</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">MEXC有權不通知您的情況下更改、延期、終止、取消或回收您的卡券，無論是否已到截止日期、也無論您是否已經激活該卡券。發生這種情況的原因有多種，包括但不限於：您違反了MEXC平台相關用戶協議或其他法律文件、MEXC認為您或您的賬戶可能存在洗錢或其他違法風險、以及其他MEXC認為您不適合繼續參與卡券相關活動的行為或情況。</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">MEXC保留在不通知您的情況下更改、延期、終止、取消卡券活動或修改卡券使用規則的權利。如果您對此有任何疑問或投訴，請聯絡MEXC客戶服務中心。</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">本規則原文以英文起草，並翻譯至其他語種。本規則英文原文的翻譯版本肯能會有翻譯不准確、或不完整的情況。因此，您同意如本規則的英文版本中任何條款與其譯文有衝突，應以本規則英文原文為準。</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;"> MEXC對本規則擁有最終解釋權。</span></li> </ol> <p class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify"> </p> <p class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify"><span style="font-weight: 400;">風險提示：</span></p> <p class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify"><span style="font-weight: 400;">合約交易是高風險交易產品，可能為您帶來極高的盈利，亦或不可遇見的損失。請您知悉，在價格劇烈波動或市場不穩定時，您的合約賬戶可能會因上述情形被清倉。您認可、接受、並且承擔您在使用MEXC所提供的合約交易產品時的一切相關風險，MEXC不對您從事合約相關交易所造成的負面後果承擔任何責任。</span></p> <p class="wysiwyg-text-align-justify"><br><br></p> <p><audio style="display: none;" controls="controls"></audio></p>
